Ready, set go!
If you sell real estate, business planning for 2025 starts now!
It takes two and a half months to close on a real estate sale so any deal I put together after
October 15th is probably going to close next year (2025).
This means we start planning for 2025 in the fall of 2024.
At my previous real estate company I was in charge of education and the training calendar for several years. That’s given me the skill set of putting together trainings and presenting in front of large groups of people.
Although I don’t do it too often, it’s something I enjoy doing.
For many years no matter where I set my goal, my results were the same, I made between $100,000 and $125,000 a year in total commissions. Year after year, no matter what changes I made the results were the same.
That may sound like a lot of money but after you factor in business expenses and taxes I would take home around half of that amount.
That all changed last year.
My total commission has now improved in back to back years! It keeps going up! This year I will break the $200,000 mark for the first time.
In the class we talked about the three keys to becoming successful in any area of life.
Once I was able to “chunk up” success into these three things. I made selling real estate a lot easier for myself and the results started improving.
