I wanted to share a little update on what's been happening in my world lately. Last week, I decided to start waking up at 5 am. Let me tell you, it's been a bit of a challenge.
I used to roll out of bed at 6:40 am, rushing to get everything done so I could drop off my wife at the train station by 8:00 am.
But guess what? This early rising thing is really paying off. I've started journaling, practicing meditation, and playing tennis in the morning. The best part? That constant feeling of "having to rush" is gone. Looking back, I realized I might not have felt rushed, but every minute was precious, and a small delay could throw everything off.
So what made me decide to wake up at 5am?
I've set very high goals for myself this year. I'm determined to use every trick in the book to hit my income goal. The early start has also supercharged my workday. I'm more focused, getting important tasks done, and still finding time to brainstorm fresh ideas to grow my business.
So let me ask you, How do you begin your mornings? Are you setting the tone for a productive day? Anything you've been itching to tweak in your routine?
