I had to drive for Uber Eats for two week because I was running out of money.

This happened to me back in January of 2023!

The real estate market was shifting and after six terrible months of no sales and no new clients, I had to start using my credit cards for things like buying gas and paying for food!

I had a very tough decision to make. Either keep trying to sell real estate or go look for a new job. So I told myself, if things do not turn around fast, and I do mean FAST! I would eventually need to stop selling real estate.

Then something snapped inside of me, I was able to finally get my momentum going! In February of that year I was able to put $46,000 into contract in just one month!

But I wanted to keep the momentum going, so I decided to set a goal to do something that was incredibly exciting for me. I set a goal of making $100,000 in 3 months.

On my 5th attempt, I was finally able to achieve it. I made $106,000 from April 1st - June 30th of this year!
