Introducing Damaris Sarmiento

Meet Damaris, she is a real estate professional who has been making waves in the real estate industry for the past 12 years. Damaris was born in Brooklyn she has been living in the Bronx, for the past seven years, and has always had a passion for real estate. She loves helping people find the perfect home, and her clients love working with her.

From a young age, Damaris knew that she wanted to work in real estate. Her brother Walter was already an agent and that is what made her decide to start a career in real estate. She was fascinated by the different types of homes and the different neighborhoods, and she knew that she wanted to be a part of it.

After graduating from Baruch College, Damaris joined her brother's real estate agency and quickly made a name for herself. She had a natural ability to connect with clients and understand their needs, and her hard work and dedication paid off. She quickly became a top agent, and her clients started referring their friends and family to her.

Over the years, Damaris has sold homes to families, couples, and individuals from all walks of life. She has a keen eye for detail and can help her clients find the home of their dreams even if they don't know exactly what they're looking for. When she's not working, Damaris loves to spend time with her friends, family and of course her baby daughter Arya! She enjoys exploring the different neighborhoods of New York City and trying out new restaurants. She's also an avid reader and enjoys getting lost in a good book or a new board game.
